My office reached a $3.5 million settlement with Grubhub for charging customers hidden fees and using deceptive marketing techniques. As a result, $2.7 million will be returned to the consumers who were impacted, and it will have to shape up and disclose every fee separately.

Google has agreed to pay a total of $29.5 million to settle separate lawsuits with Washington, D.C., and Indiana over its location tracking practices.

It's the 1st lawsuit brought under DC's recently amended False Claims Act encouraging whistleblowers to report residents who evade our tax laws by misrepresenting their residence. Led by @ChmnMendelson, @councilofdc unanimously updated the law & gave us enforcement authority.
