The DOJ antitrust division filed a significant and important pro-consumer action today.  Apple is a gatekeeper that controls technology on the phones of more than half of all Americans.  If our legislation to safeguard competition for consumers and businesses had passed (and one day it will), Apple would not have been able to engage in this conduct to begin with.
