Going 20 billion dollars into debt to give yourself a 25% premium on your own shares is some interesting grossness. Reminds me of the time Riccitiello quit EA to join Elevation Partners, bought Bioware and Pandemic, then rejoined EA and ‘closed his eyes’ while EA bought them.
