What's worse for my friends in Hong Kong is that the Chinese LLMs are not accessible there, and it is a double whammy for people there not able to access LLM technologies. Oh yeah, they used Poe by Quora. Turns out the board member in @OpenAI prefer to have their presence in HK.

I visited Hong Kong recently & was surprised to learn that #ChatGPT by @OpenAI is not available there. I was informed by @jingyanghk from @theinformation that OpenAI did not allow ChatGPT to be in Hong Kong and the Chinese government does not ban it. #AI #LLMs
