Journalists come on don't write stupid stuff.  This is the same case the CMA run for 4 years, halted/restarted by the UK courts, ended in “we'll punt to the new digital regulator never mind all that”.  So in 2025 the UK's new “growth CMA” starts probing “whether” they have “strategic market status”.  Okay cool.
