Silly take. Sequoia doesn't have a moral (much less legal) obligation to support Citizen through a recap - no more than Citizen had an “obligation” to do better at driving usage / revenues over the past 6 years. Things like this happen all day in VC. Couldn't be more normal. https://twitter.com/...
