This is huge. If upheld after G appeals, it paves the way for full employment status for contractors, who don't get stock & typically have worse/wages. That could get VERY expensive for Google/Meta/etc that have enormous contingent workforces. Kudos @josheidelson 4 the scoop https://twitter.com/...
