Masimo's case didn't enthrall the jurors, who at the end of trial were clearly over being forced to endure what was essentially a month-long engineering class mixed with attorney objections and a peek inside the upper echelons of Apple's corporate fortress. They split in Apple's favor, with only one in favor of Masimo. Also, the judge threw out like half the case. But Masimo and @JoeKiani are not going away. A retrial is coming next year, and all this ITC stuff shows why Apple was so worried about the trial they were actually going to put Tim Cook on the stand to try to explain away an email.
