It's worth noting that Sony did come off a record breaking sales period. I also speculate at least some people are holding off to buy a PS5 until pro releases (probably 10-20 percent of sales, maybe?) But yes, gaming industry is in a bit of a slump right now.

Sony on Tuesday reported a 7% drop in annual profits in the fiscal year 2023, dragged down by a decline in its financial services division.

It's worth noting that Sony did come off a record breaking sales period. I also speculate at least some people are holding off to buy a PS5 until pro releases (probably 10-20 percent of sales, maybe?) But yes, gaming industry is in a bit of a slump right now.

RTX 4090D specs are officially revealed by Nvidia, though no numbers of Tensor Cores ect. In theory, we're looking at 114SMs enabled, so that's 456 tensor cores I think, using same ratios as a regular RTX 4090. [image]
