Tech reviewers need to start demanding 8GB/256GB review units from Apple, along with the 16/512 units Apple sends out, to compare performance, or refuse to do the reviews. Doing ‘rave’ reviews on Apple's most expensive units destroys credibility, as most buyers don't benefit.
