In permanently suspending Trump's account (and his 88.7 Million followers) Twitter has deprived Trump of a major avenue for monetizing the presidency after he leaves office. Those howls of rage you hear coming from the White House are about $$$, not free speech.

If this is about gunning for Nakasone, abruptly changing DIRNSA is probably the single stupidest thing anyone could do at this moment. It would be just incomprehensibly dumb, like shoving a stick in your own eye. https://twitter.com/...

This is sad and pathetic. Chris did an extraordinary job under impossible conditions and the country owes him a debt. That said, I'm not sure Trump thought this one through. Krebs is now free to speak or testify as openly as he'd like about the integrity of the election. https://twitter.com/...

The same old anti-maternity leave arguments dressed up for 2020. Parents with kids at home are drowning right now. Companies that don't adopt policies to accommodate the crisis will face a (primarily female) brain drain with massive long-term costs. https://www.nytimes.com/...

Actual quantum supremacy is a critical element of long-term US national security interests. That's why it is so disturbing that the president's know-nothing daughter is posing as the administration's face on the issue and that she thinks this represents genuine “supremacy.” https://twitter.com/...
