Open-source GameCube and Wii emulator Dolphin is not coming to the App Store, as Apple does not allow JIT recompilers on iOS, likely due to security concerns
So it would be pointless to bring the Dolphin Emulator to the AppStore. Since games won't run at playable speeds, and the users would keep complaining them about it. So basically, it's not worth the hassle. Unless Apple allows JIT to be used in Emulators, Emulators like-

Dolphin, and other Emulators that require JIT - like PS2, Wii U, PSVita etc. won't be coming to the AppStore. We can still expect Emulators for PSP, PS1 and some Sega consoles though.. Also 3DS emulator (Folium) will also be on AppStore. Might not work as great though..

Two weeks ago, Apple modified their App Store guidelines to allow retro game emulators in the App Store.
So it would be pointless to bring the Dolphin Emulator to the AppStore. Since games won't run at playable speeds, and the users would keep complaining them about it. So basically, it's not worth the hassle. Unless Apple allows JIT to be used in Emulators, Emulators like-
